As the value of furniture is not cheaper, we are so sorry that we cannot offer free samples. You can visit us to check product quality or send us a sample order for your approval for the first time cooperation.  

 

Is it possible to obtain a leather swatch or a sample of a wood finish?    
Yes, we will gladly ship it to you at no charge. Please provide us with your shipping address and a desired item,s model number.

 

What kind of leather do you use on your leather sets? Is it real leather?   
We use top-grain leather, top-grain thicker leather, Anline leather, buffalo leather and bonded-leather ext., Please read item,s description for explicit details. The sitting area (where your body touches the furniture when you sit on it) is all real leather. On back and sides we use leather match. Leather match is one of many terms that can be used to refer to a synthetic leather material which substitutes for genuine leather in some areas of our upholstery.  However, on items that state leather and leather match, leather match is used only in areas that the body does not touch when sitting and is meant to look, feel and wear the same as the genuine leather used in the seating area.

What is your MOQ(minimum Quantity Order)? And how long is the delivery time?

20 Ft or 40Ft Container. If it is necessary to make sample order, it is also welcome.  Normally production time for 20ft needs about 30-35days, 40Ft about 35-40days.

 

Do you have furniture in stock or will I have to wait 8-12 weeks?   
Most of the furniture items that we offer are produced based on the orders. we do not always reserve stock. We will inform you if we stock anything.

 

How will I know how my order is being done?  

We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.

 

What are your Payment Terms?  
Payment by T/T, L/C or others

 

What,s method of shipping?  
Express are practicable at your options, by air or sea.

 

How to check shipping cost? Can I arrange my own pick up via a freight Company?
We do allow prearranged pick up of any sort using a freight company, You can nominate a forwarder who can help you check the shipping cost and do customs clearance in your side. Also we would like to help you and arrange the shipment to your destination, since we have an advantage delivery system which can help you reduce the cost.

 

How will I know when my furniture will be delivered?   
Once we ship out your furniture - we will email you with all the tracking details. You will be able to track your delivery online. In addition, Freight Company will call you a day prior the delivery to make an appointment.


What if my furniture arrives damaged? Do you have any guarantee for your products?   
We take a very good care of packing and less than 1% of shipments got any damages. When the freight company delivers the goods from our factory, we will need to inspect the outside packaging. If the outside packaging is intact the delivery truck will leave. If you notice any damages after receiving the goods from us, When you open the packaging, should you notice any damages or defects, please call our customer service at 86-755-33136167, or for faster service please take some pictures of the damage and email it to us at info@henyangfurniture.net with a brief description of the problem. Please be sure to retain ALL packaging materials. In the event that you discard the original packaging you will be responsible for obtaining new packaging material. We will ask you to email us a couple of digital pictures showing the damage, and we will work with you to resolve all issues until you are completely satisfied. We will either replace the damaged item at our expense, or send you a replacement part or the whole item. Rest assured your 99% satisfaction is our main concern.
